The purpose of this contract is to provide technical assistance for the establishment of Bafra Business and Export Development Unit (BEDU). BEDU aims to provide legal advice, business development services and export development services to SMEs and entrepreneurs in Bafra. Within the scope of this contract, the consultant will be responsible for:
• operationalization of BEDU by conducting diagnostic studies and competitiveness analysis, developing the business plan and service delivery manuals, establishing human resources and inauguration of BEDU,
• delivery of business development services which will include a start-up help desk, providing web services, developing project proposals, carrying out joint activities and export counselling.
BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT
• Supporting and mentoring BEDU staff in the delivery of start-up services such as business idea assessment, start-up diagnostic, business planning, sustainability model development, access to finance, innovation, intellectual property support, legal drafting and registration, establishment of accounting system, introduction to business angels and start up aftercare.
• Drafting of the analytical documents/normative legal acts/action plans and/or recommendations, drafting of business plans of start-up SMEs.
• Delivered 1 entrepreneurship workshop for entrepreneurs.
