The purpose of the contract is to provide technical assistance for the establishment of the common use facility (CUF) infrastructure; and delivery of business development services and service delivery manuals for common use of micro-sized machinery manufacturers, furniture manufacturers and auto mechanics in Tokat. The operationalization of the common use infrastructure, through this contract, the target groups will be supported with business development services tailored for their specific needs.
The contract includes 2 components:
1) establishment of the common use facility;
2) delivery of business development services.
BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT
• Analysis of legal documents and desk reviews done.
• Developing the Business Plan & Service Delivery Manuals.
• Developing a business plan for the CUF which defines its future and describes its services with financial forecasts. The Business Plan includes a comprehensive analysis of the Operations, Services, Human Resources, Marketing and Finance to ensure the operational and financial sustainability of the common use facility (CUF).
• Drafting of the analytical documents/normative legal acts/action plans and/or recommendations, drafting of business plans of start-up SMEs.
