The purpose of the contract is to strengthen entrepreneurial infrastructure in Osmaniye by improving Osmaniye İŞGEM's service infrastructure and strengthening technical capacities of enterprises in Osmaniye İŞGEM. Within the scope of this contract, the consultant will realize the following:
— preparation of business plan and service manuals for Osmaniye İŞGEM,
— organization of promotional activities,
— operationalization of Osmaniye İŞGEM and selection of entrepreneurs,
— review and improvement of business plans of the tenants,
— support to implementation of the business plans of the tenants,
— support to the Osmaniye İŞGEM management for improvement of İŞGEM business plan.
BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT
• Assisting with and coordinating activities related to the visibility, promotion and operationalization of İŞGEM, selection and admission of early-stage entrepreneurs (start-up) and strengthening technical & financial capacities of SMEs.
• Providing informative and guidance services to potential entrepreneurs about Osmaniye İŞGEM and Business Plan Improvement Programme through promotional and visibility activities (seminars and meetings) or one to one contact.
• Supervising the Business Plan Assessment activities of the Junior STEs for the Business Plans submitted by potential entrepreneurs who wish to participate in the Business Plan Improvement Programme.
• Increase awareness of local SMEs on export strategies, SME's /private sector development
• Supporting entrepreneurs in improving their business plans by implementing the business plan improvement programme.
