The purpose of this project is to strengthen entrepreneurship in Elazığ. The operation will consist of 2 sub-components. The first one is improving the service infrastructure of Elazığ İŞGEM through preparation of a business plan and service manuals for Elazığ İŞGEM; promotion of İŞGEM; operationalization of the new İŞGEM; and selection of entrepreneurs. The second sub-component of the operation is facilitating delivery of2 types of business development services which are improvement of business plans and implementation of business plans to the tenants of Elazığ İŞGEM.
