The purpose of the project is to facilitate the establishment of entrepreneurial infrastructure and build institutional capacity for Sorgun İŞGEM, as well as strengthening the technical skills and capabilities of the tenants. Contract consists of two components: “Improving Sorgun İŞGEM's service infrastructure” and “Strengthening technical capacities of enterprises in Sorgun İŞGEM”.
The first component of the subject contract is comprised of 4 activity groups:
— Preparation of business plan and service manuals for Sorgun İŞGEM,
— Visibility and Promotion,
— Operationalization of Sorgun İŞGEM,
— Selection and admission of entrepreneurs.
The second component of the contract is composed of 2 activity groups:
— Review and improvement of business plans of tenants as well as support to implementation,
— Support to İŞGEM’s management for improvement of İŞGEM’s business plan.
BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT
• Development of business strategies on furniture sector and draft a report which may be the basis of Furniture Cluster Project in Sorgun,
• Increase awareness of local SMEs on export strategies, SME's /private sector business development,
• To coach and train Business Centre’s key staff on draft and prepare business plan,
• Design, develop, and deliver Module 2 (Introduction to Upper-Level Consultancy Skills) of the Training Programme
